DHPOS (DH POS) is a free Point of Sale cash register program written by Dale Harris.

DHPOS has the facility to import and export lists of products - which is handy because when you initially want to populate the system with your list of products it is quicker and easier to list products in a spreadsheet. However, there are restrictions on field sizes and other issues that can cause errors when trying to import your products.

We can provide an implementation strategy, provide a spreadsheet template for you to complete (if you already have a spreadsheet we can reformat that instead), validate the spreadsheet and convert into the right format, and provide a detailed set of instructions on how to import the file into DHPOS without any errors.
